Metal Shaper

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Metal Shaper. The Metal Shaper will be responsible for creating precise and accurate metal parts and components by shaping, cutting, and machining metal materials. Daily tasks will include operating metalworking machinery, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, measuring and inspecting finished products for accuracy, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaboration with other production team members may also be required to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in metal shaping, cutting, and machining techniques
• Experience with operating metalworking machinery and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is beneficial
