Meta ads executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution

• Strategize and launch Lead Generation, Sales Conversion, and Brand Awareness campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audiences
• Define and manage daily/weekly budgets to meet campaign goals

Optimization & Performance Tracking

• Monitor key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, ROAS
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower cost per result
• Set up Retargeting funnels and Lookalike audience strategies
• Identify best-performing ad sets and scale them effectively

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Graphic Design and Content Team to develop high-converting ad creatives and engaging ad copies
• Suggest new angles, hooks, and offers to improve campaign results

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management
• Track pixel events, conversion data, and landing page performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Strong command over Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
• Good understanding of sales funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation
• Experience in E-commerce / D2C / Fitness / Supplement industry is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
