Job Posting: Mesh Manufacturing Lead Location: Kanchipuram Department: Mesh Manufacturing / Screen Printing About the Role We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mesh Manufacturing Lead to head our mesh manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring plant safety, process compliance, and high-quality production to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the mesh manufacturing team and daily operations. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across the plant. Oversee the full manufacturing process: frame preparation, mesh stretching, emulsion application, stencil fixing, exposure, and curing. Review technical data, inspection reports, and ensure adherence to customer drawings and specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce defects. Mentor and train team members, fostering process discipline and skill development. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth operations. Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely reporting. Support New Product Development (NPD) and customer trials as required. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical, or related field . 810 years of experience in mesh manufacturing / screen printing, including 23 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of mesh stretching, emulsion application, stencil exposure, and curing processes. Hands-on experience in implementing safety standards within manufacturing environments. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to analyze technical data and ensure compliance with customer specifications. Working Conditions Manufacturing and cleanroom environment. Strict adherence to safety and quality standards required.
