Principal UI/UX Designer (Design Strategy + Project Lead) Location: Remote About the Role We’re looking for a Principal UI/UX Designer who’s not just a doer, but a creative thinker and design leader . Someone who can connect strategy with visuals — from crafting smart user journeys to delivering stunning, functional interfaces. You’ll work closely with the Founder/Design Director to lead, design, and manage multiple digital products and campaigns — bringing structure, creativity, and speed to every project. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end design — UX strategy, wireframes, UI design, and delivery. Shape design direction and ensure brand consistency across projects. Turn ideas into clear, actionable design plans and timelines. Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams. Use tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, Notion , and AI tools (ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney). Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, clarity, and timely delivery. What You Bring 4–8 years of experience in UI/UX or product design. Strong grasp of both UI and UX — and how they work together. Hands-on in Figma and familiar with design systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organized, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful user experiences. A creative mind that can think beyond tasks and lead design strategy.
