MEP/HVAC Draftsman

As an MEP/HVAC Draftsman at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with a specific focus on HVAC. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure accurate designs that comply with industry standards and project requirements. - Develop detailed MEP and HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software. - Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for MEP and HVAC systems. - Work closely with engineers and project managers to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings. - Ensure drawings comply with industry codes, regulation, and project specifications. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts in design. - Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, and project modifications. - Maintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, and documentation. - Perform site visits and surveys when necessary to verify design feasibility and collect necessary data. - Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as an MEP/HVAC draftsman in the construction or engineering industry. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other drafting software. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. - Understanding of MEP coordination, building codes, and industry standards. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good communication and problem-solving skills.,
