Job Description

Role Summary: Responsible for creating accurate, data-rich MEPF models in Revit, supporting design coordination, documentation, and clash resolution in alignment with BIM standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: · Model Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire systems using Revit. · Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and project standards. · Develop parametric families as required for MEPF components. · Incorporate redlines, design updates, and markups into models. · Support clash detection efforts using Navisworks or similar tools. · Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from models. · Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, and documentation protocols. Technical Skills: · Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP; knowledge of Navisworks is a plus. · Familiar with ACC workflows. Qualifications: · Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Building Services. · Experience: 1–2 years in MEPF modeling using Revit in a BIM environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: MEPF: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
