MEP Sales & Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, builders, developers, and end clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and bid documents.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure successful order closures.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project pipelines, follow up on enquiries, and manage customer requirements effectively.
• Organize marketing campaigns, client presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Explore new markets and develop strategic partnerships to expand business reach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC/MEP sales, business development, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, tendering, estimation, and project sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and provide commercial solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender portals.
