Job Description

Role Overview: NxtWave is on the lookout for a Memer /Content Creator to manage and produce content for our auxiliary meme pages. This role focuses on driving engagement through relatable, tech-focused humor tailored to engineering students and the NIAT community. Some basic design skills (for meme layouts and carousels) are preferred. Responsibilities: Create 3-4 content pcs daily for NxtWaves meme and auxiliary pages. Adapt viral trends and engineering jokes to align with NIAT’s brand voice. Design meme formats, templates, and carousel graphics in collaboration with designers. Engage with audiences through humorous comment replies and polls. Manage auxiliary pages and grow their audience organically. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in meme creation or social-first content. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut for meme layout design. Strong portfolio of memes or social posts (personal IG, Twitter, or Reddit). Deep understanding of meme culture and internet trends. Ability to work under tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.
