HR Manager Performance Management & Training Lead Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Industry: Alcoholic Beverages Reports To: Director Experience Level: 10-15 years (Leadership role; proven track record in implementation & setup of PMS and Training functions) About the Role We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead the design, implementation, and execution of our Performance Management System (PMS) and establish a strong Learning & Development (L&D) foundation. This role is not only about building systems it is about transforming workplace culture into one that thrives on professionalism, collaboration, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Performance Management Architect, implement, and manage a scalable Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with business objectives. Develop KRA/KPI frameworks , competency models, and appraisal processes. Guide leaders and managers in driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Training & Development Build the entire L&D function from the ground up from needs assessment to strategy to execution. Design and deliver impactful soft skills, behavioural, and leadership development programs . Create a long-term capability-building roadmap tailored to organizational growth. Collaborate with internal and external experts to bring in high-quality learning experiences. Culture Transformation & Engagement Lead the shift toward a professional, respectful, and growth-oriented culture. Champion workplace values of collaboration, learning, accountability, and constructive feedback . Inspire employees to embrace continuous development and teamwork. Launch initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and long-term retention. Leadership & Talent Development Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational vision and business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to business heads on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Partner with business heads to build leadership pipelines and succession planning strategies. Design programs to identify, nurture, and retain top talent . Provide coaching and guidance to managers to strengthen leadership capability. What Were Looking For 10-15 years of proven HR leadership experience in PMS implementation and establishing Training & Development functions. Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and building positive, professional, and accountable workplaces. Strong expertise in performance frameworks, competency mapping, talent development, and organizational change management . Ability to design HR systems and processes for scale while maintaining agility. Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills to inspire and engage across levels. Why Join Us?
