High fares and very late in giving reports. Further any scans soft copy will not be emailed. The replies to email also will not be given

Wrong reports are giving. Yesterday night by 7:30 I got positive result and morning 10:30 I got negative report ...while asking them saying it's typo errors. Why the typo errors. For the sake of money??? …

Pathetic customer service by lady Vinitha. She cannot provide details and keeps cutting call to cover up her inability. Asks irrelevant questions instead of sharing details.

Reception counter never lift the calls when we called from home for inquiry. pathetic service 1000/- charging for RTPCR test and 1900 for DDimer which is too high compared with other diagnostic centers.

Be aware if you are getting your any sort of test from them. They are pretty good at making it PUBLIC. My friend got tested from them at home and even before he got results They informed to whole society and now friend is getting abused by whole society.

A full functional and fully equipped USFDA approved facility for pharmaceutical testing, water testing , food and trace analysis. Personally audited the facility and found satisfactory from CRM to release of result. Sufficient manpower available to support fast service.

Its pathetic experience am pregnant lady and got the test done at home visit services 1st day they took the samples and wasted and 2nd day appointment is at 6.30am came at 8.30am and the lab technician is not wearing gloves its really horrible experience. I have been fasting more than 12hrs.

Kukatpally megsan diagnostic center is doing fraud. Performing Echo in absence of Dr cardiologist . Technician is performing Echo test which is against the rule and Direction. When questioned to management, saying Dr Ganesan has sent him to perform Echo. Also he is signing in place if Dr's name. So unethical and unprofessional
