Person should have 5 to 8 years of experience in exports of Pharmaceutical, API or specialty chemicals, preferably in semi regulated and regulated market. Should be able to handle customer interfacing, with QA, Logistics and marketing counterparts, should be able to handle payment follow ups and documentation. Should be able to generate follow up quarries with existing customers, take lead on the new customer lead generation and carry them forward by regular interaction.
Key Responsibilities Support API/Excipients marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and QA for timely deliveries. Maintain customer relations, manage invoices, and follow up on payments. Prepare MIS reports via ERP and update customer databases. Join customer visits and support audits. Prepare for future leadership under the Senior Marketing Manager. Qualifications 5–10 years’ experience in API/Excipients industry. Bachelor’s degree: Science background/MBA preferred. Proficient in ERP systems and MIS reporting. Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel.
