The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma or Graduate degree in EE/ ECE or a relevant field. They should have experience in various aspects of PV maintenance, such as PV DC operations, AC medium voltage systems, network communications and monitoring, as well as inverter diagnostics and repair. The candidate should demonstrate strong diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and correct problems found in the field. Additionally, the candidate should be adept in using testing equipment and tools like Thermo graphic Electrical Inspection, IV Curve Tracing, Meggers, and Ground Fault Detection. It is essential for the candidate to have EHS / OSHA Training and be familiar with the NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety. They should also have the ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams. The responsibilities of this role include the maintenance of up to 100 MW of solar power, performing troubleshooting and repairs on site, overseeing and monitoring project construction on site, and responding to and resolving consumer complaints politely and efficiently. The candidate should be capable of providing direction and on-the-job training for less experienced technicians. Furthermore, they must be willing to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends, and be able to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight.,
