Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service. Work on inbound/outbound processes for various clients. Provide support to customers through phone, email, or chat. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center industry (domestic voice process). Strong communication skills in Marathi & Hindi languages. Ability to work on semi-voice/non-voice processes (inbound/outbound) for domestic clients. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications. Fixed day shift + Unlimited Incentives HSC Freshers & immediate joiners are welcomed Location: Viman Nagar Pune-411014 Age: 18 to 35 Salary: 12,200 + Unlimited incentives
