The role involves overseeing daily operations of the shop, handling customer inquiries, managing orders, maintaining product listings, analyzing sales performance, conducting market research, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The candidate will also play a role in training team members to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address concerns. Proven Analytical and Research skills for monitoring sales trends and market competition. Proficiency in Writing for creating and maintaining clear and accurate product listings and communication. Experience in Training to guide and assist team members in improving workflow processes. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
