Salary: Starting at Rs. 15000/- and can be negotiated up for candidates meeting expectation Key Responsibilities: · Operational Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, flow, and resource utilization. · Financial Management: Overseeing patient billing · Policy and Procedure Implementation: Implementing, and monitoring clinic policies and procedures to optimize service delivery and efficiency. · Record Keeping: Overseeing the accurate and confidential maintenance of patient medical records and other clinic documentation. · Patient Relations: Handling patient concerns, feedback, and working to improve the overall patient experience and satisfaction. · Facility and Equipment Management: Ensuring the clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and meet regulatory requirements. · Liaison: Acting as a key point of communication between medical staff, administrative teams, external entities, and sometimes the governing board. Core Skills (Essential for all levels): · Pleasant, honest and trustworthy with ability to work with the rest of the team · Strong Communication Skills (English and local language like Tamil). · Organizational and Multitasking Skills. · Computer Proficiency especially MS Office · Customer Service/Patient-facing skills for managing patient inquiries and relations. · Basic Understanding of hospital/clinic operations, medical terminology, and basic financial concepts like billing.
