As a Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within a designated geographical area. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their targets.
