Job Opening Medical Transcriptionist

Sarvodaya Hospital, Greater Noida (220 Bedded NABH Accredited Hospital)

Position:

Job Profile / Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and finalize discharge summaries and other medical reports.
Ensure accuracy of patient information, medical terminology, and treatment details.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for clarification and corrections.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital and NABH guidelines.
Support medical records team in documentation and quality checks.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in Life Sciences / Paramedical / English / Healthcare-related fields.
3–5 years of experience
in medical transcription, specifically in discharge summaries.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, grammar, and formatting.
Good typing speed, attention to detail, and familiarity with EMR/HIS systems.
Candidate should be
open to working in rotational night shifts
