Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to increase product awareness and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Schedule appointments and make presentations to healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Organize clinical meetings, CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, and promotional events. Provide accurate product information and answer healthcare providers’ questions. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Submit daily reports, sales data, and feedback to management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,796.70 - ₹33,022.45 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
