Job Description: As a Full Time Field Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to develop a strong network within hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, and other healthcare providers in your assigned catchment area. This involves regular follow-ups with specialist and hospital doctors, arranging appointments, facilitating medical conferences, and implementing growth strategies to increase opportunities. You will also need to identify and develop new referral sources, conduct marketing activities, and maintain marketing collateral to increase brand awareness and establish new doctor relationships. Additionally, supporting and implementing local marketing plans, staying up to date with key research activities, and developing a deep understanding of the services provided by the organization are crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a network throughout hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, and other healthcare providers in the assigned catchment area. - Regularly follow up with specialist and hospital doctors. - Arrange appointments with doctors, including pre-arranged appointments and regular calling. - Facilitate medical conferences. - Develop growth strategies and plans to increase opportunities. - Identify and develop new and existing referral sources. - Conduct marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new doctor relationships. - Maintain marketing collateral, including presentation templates. - Support, facilitate, and implement a local marketing plan. - Process and develop requests, monthly reports, and process invoices. - Stay updated with the key research activities of the organization. - Develop in-depth knowledge of services provided and value proposition. - Follow industry trends locally and internationally. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of medical terminologies. - Good sales performance track record. - Excellent communication skills, patience, and energy. - Ability to converse fluently in 2-3 languages is a must. - Strong integrity and leadership traits. - Skills in building relationships, resolving conflict, collaboration, scheduling, and teamwork. - Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks when required. (Note: Candidates must have their own transport for this role.),
