• Request and follow up on patient medical records
• Learn US healthcare terminology and HIPAA compliance

• Experience in

  International Voice Process / Healthcare BPO / Medical Records / AR Calling (Denials,Auth and EV)

• Strong command of spoken English with professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet SLAs

Immediate joiners preferred

• Age limit: Below 40 years only
