Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team in the Oncology Services department at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical physics and experience working with cancer patients.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for cancer patients using radiotherapy and other modalities.
Conduct patient assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care during all stages of cancer treatment.
Develop and implement new technologies and techniques to improve patient outcomes and safety.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding cancer and its treatment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Maintain accurate records and reports of patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical physics principles and practices related to oncology.
Experience with radiotherapy planning and delivery systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex patient cases.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
