Medical Officer

As a healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing clinical consultation both in-person and through teleconsultation at a primary health centre located in Koramangala, Bangalore. Your duties will include diagnosing and treating patients based on standard protocols, offering counseling, and making referrals when necessary. Additionally, you will evaluate patients, administer appropriate medical interventions for various conditions, and clearly communicate procedures and treatment plans to patients. Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality is paramount in this role, as you will be required to handle sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports. Staying updated on medical developments, treatments, and medications is essential, as is documenting all patient evaluations, treatments, and transactions in accordance with company policies. In addition to physical consultations, you will engage with patients through online platforms for e-consultations via voice, video, or chat. You may also be involved in organizing Health Camps at the community and corporate levels as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with the possibility of a performance bonus. Applicants are required to hold an MBBS degree from India and disclose their plans regarding NEET, PLAB, or USMLE exams. Relevant post-internship experience, proficiency in Kannada, and willingness to work the specified shift timings are also essential.
