Medical Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist consultants in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.

• Assisting the consultants in I.P.D. & O.T.

• Maintain the confidentiality of the patient records.

• To prepare correct patient record & discuss the case with the consultant.

• To counsel the patient & help in taking proper clinical history & examination.

• To educate the nursing staff continuously & solve their clinical queries pertaining to patient care.

• To communicate & educate the patient effectively & to make the correct diagnosis.

• To provide best care to the patient at all levels i.e. from admission till discharge.

• To participate in academic activities of the department like CME’s etc.

• To be keen to attend local & regional conferences to continuously upgrade their knowledge & professional skills.

• Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.

• To formulate the Process Improvement programs and carry on Quality Initiatives

in the department.

• To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
