Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Oversee medical services, including patient care, treatment plans, and quality improvement initiatives. Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Job Requirements : 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as Medical Director or equivalent position. Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
