Medical Healthcare Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified medical professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.) for job openings across various healthcare sectors.
• Support the recruitment team in creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary candidate interviews.
• Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, ensuring all records are updated and organized.
• Support with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, reference checks, and background screening.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
