Medical Devices and Equipment Sales

As a Sales Engineer for Medical Devices & Equipment at Ababil Healthcare Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to promote and differentiate the company's product portfolio by effectively communicating clear value propositions. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers and stakeholders, identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts, and plan and execute territory strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Additionally, you will conduct product demonstrations, clinical education, and commercial networking, utilize CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities, represent the company at industry exhibitions and events, provide training and support to junior team members, and prepare regular reports on territory performance and market competition. For experienced professionals with at least 15 years of prior experience in medical device/equipment sales, familiarity with ICU, OT, or Critical Care products is preferred, along with a strong product knowledge and hands-on understanding of the hospital sales cycle. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. For freshers, a background in Biomedical or related fields with a passion for building a career in medical sales, technical support, or customer service is desirable. You should be willing to undergo product training and thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate for this role would have a proven track record of success in medical device sales, particularly within corporate and private hospitals. You should have a strong network of hospital contacts or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. A goal-oriented approach with a strategic and analytical mindset is crucial, along with fluency in English and the local language. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is also required.
