Medical / content analyst

As a Content Analyst/Client Service Executive at the company in Mumbai, your primary objective is to conduct web-based research on Medical, Surgical, Laboratory Diagnostics, and Pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for procuring relevant details for attribute comparison and classification. Your key responsibilities include: - Working with given information on medical products and conducting internet-based research as required by clients - Classifying products according to defined standards such as Client schema/UNSPSC - Performing assigned tasks with speed and accuracy to meet client SLAs - Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals - Ensuring compliance with Medusinds Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules, and training provided, as well as company's quality system and policies - Communicating and escalating issues to seniors in a timely manner - Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the domain regarding products and services offered in the Medical field - Maintaining punctuality at all times The minimum qualifications required for this role include a degree in MSc. Biotechnology, MSc. Microbiology, BHMS, BDS, or BAMS. Experience of 0-2 years is preferred. This position is full-time, permanent, and open to fresher candidates.
