Role Overview: As a Medical Coding Trainer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions for individuals with 8+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with a preference for those who are experienced Auditors/QAs with training capabilities. You will be expected to possess strong knowledge in Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology, along with expertise in ICD-10-CM Guidelines, CPT, Modifiers, and HCPCS Level II codes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing training modules, educational materials, and test papers, as well as evaluating the outcomes of training sessions.
