As a Medical Coding Trainer at Clinformatiq, a leading Clinical Research Training Institute, you will have a key role in mentoring and guiding students to build successful careers in the healthcare industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-person training sessions for students on Medical Coding principles, guidelines, and tools. - Designing and delivering engaging curriculum with real-world case studies. - Mentoring and supporting students to build practical coding skills. - Staying updated with ICD, CPT, HCPCS guidelines and industry best practices. - Assisting in preparing students for certification exams (e.g., CPC, CCS). Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of hands-on Medical Coding experience in the healthcare industry. - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and related coding guidelines. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students. - Residing in or willing to relocate to Guntur. - Comfortable working on-site at the institute with no remote work option available.
