The PR Manager role based in Gurgaon involves the crucial responsibility of enhancing and maintaining a positive image for the Company through strategic PR initiatives. As a PR Manager, you will play a key role in building relationships with the media, managing media activities, and ensuring positive coverage for the Company. Your responsibilities will include mapping target media channels for the PR program, handling media relations, and monitoring media coverage. You will be in charge of coordinating media activities for events such as briefings and interviews, as well as managing editorial content including industry stories, authored articles, pitch notes, press releases, and interviews. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing events and awards, exploring new platforms for events and shows, and providing media tracking updates and advisories. The role also entails preparing reports and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) related to PR activities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in Media or Journalism, possess a high IQ, demonstrate strong creativity, and exhibit excellent data analysis skills. Candidates with experience in the BFSI industry or previous work with startups or midsize companies will be preferred.
