Skill required: Marketing Operations - Creative Design Designation: Media & Graphics Design Associate Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years What would you do? Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns A fast learner and quick in understanding brand guidelines Work with the Senior Designer and other designers to create high-quality, visually appealing designs Manage the design process from concept to completion Collaborate with other departments, to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designersBachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in creative design Strong portfolio of work in social, print, digital, and OOH design Experience working with a variety of clients and brands Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English and Arabic (a plus) Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
