Worst service, customer care people have no knowledge about their services. Its good only for cashless admissions If we try to claim by submitting bills & documents it will take months together to get complete refund.

Worst experience. They do not respond to you queries and their customer support team is illiterate. Have still not received my reimbursement (its been 1.5 months)

Worst online claim processing system They have, They are not processing reimbursement claims without any valid reason as per the policy

This is the worst mediclaim company surprised to see how IT companies are saving money by opting such worst insurance company for their employee. Never get any claim from them and service. you will keep struggling. my rating would be zero for such worst company

Service is not good and staff don't even help properly they prefer you to visit twice rather not telling which documents are missing after 15 to 20 days they will mailed you documents are not completed

I visited to submit reimbursement claim, they received within few minutes and the person who receives the documents Mr. Santhosh was knowledgeable and responsive.

Location is far but the place is operated with correct address. Fast service but keep handy all original documents would be easy and bring together.

This is a very pathetic experience, when I submitted 2 claims, they just cancelled one claim saying that the other one is a duplicate claim, but the fact is why would even I submit a duplicate claim at the same time, they are senseless …
