I have worst experience. My claim no. 127680641 is not settled so far, though I have sent all documents in original they have rejected many claim and I have submitted for reconstruction on 14.02.25 , beside various reminder they are not replying. All their phone numbers are also not active.

very very slow claim process.. worst company to be chosen as a insurer for corporates. not sure why the HRs of the companies dont remove them as there vendors. waiting for the past 9 hours for the cashless claim to be approved

Medi assist's service is very bad. It wastes everyone's time and money. That's I request everyone not to take any responsibility for it.He misguides in the name of claim but does not give claiming. I have seen 4-5 claims.

Visited twice for submitting original claim documents. Was able to submit the same fast and quick. Intimation of receipt will be shared via sms and email right away. Located a bit far, they could have opened more branches for collection of documents within the city.

Document submission took 10 mins only. Just carry all the orignal documents, photocopy not accepted. Parking on road and washroom not available for customers

its more than 13 working days after sumitting claim documents, claim status showing as awaiting documents.made a mistake by submitting the claim documents.would have couriered the documents directly.
