Their customer interaction is crap. They never reply to email and even if you call them for price they don't want give a price for sequencing. Even from academic people they ask for prescription. Must be some lunatic who runs the company with such staffs who don't know to interact with customers.

They keep calling you again and again to make the payment even when you want to schedule the appointment on a later date. And when you actually want to schedule after paying few days back, they are not available. Understaffed and always delayed.
