As a Maintenance Technician at Lexis Tooling Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and reliability of machinery and equipment in the CNC machine shop. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Machine Maintenance and Repairs: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and Manual Machines as well as all utility maintenance. - Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime. - Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions. - Ensure timely repair of equipment to meet production targets. - Preventive Maintenance Planning: - Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment. - Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance. - Spare Parts Management: - Monitor inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities. Qualifications: - Education: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - Experience: - 14 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a CNC manufacturing environment. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of CNC Maintenance. - Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience in CNC and Utility Maintenance.
