Mechanical Engineer - Oil & Gas

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and/or modifying designs related to Oil & Gas components by analyzing product specifications, performance requirements, and existing manufacturing capabilities. Your role will involve checking all components of an assembly to ensure proper assembly and functionality. Additionally, you will be conducting Design for Manufacturing Reviews and reviewing drawings for manufacturing feasibility. Your tasks will include creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly, and 2D drawings as per Customer and ASME standards using SolidWorks. You should have a good knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis. Implementation of Electronic change requests (ECR) and processing Request for Technical Assistance (RTA) will also be part of your responsibilities. You will update documentation through Revision control, Product Attribute control, and Change Descriptions while adhering to process checkpoints to ensure design/customer standards are followed.
