Overall Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of experience. In which, 2-3 years in supporting mechanical equipment installations.
• Good knowledge of hospital and laboratory equipment.
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in surveying site utilities, capacity, and application details.
• Review previous studies, data collection reports, and hospital plans.
• Research relevant laws, regulations, and standards for compliance.
• Prepare schematic mechanical drawings under senior engineer's guidance.
• Contribute to schematic design reports and calculation sheets.
• Support in finalizing mechanical design conditions for detailed development.
• Assist in surveying local construction practices.
• Research and suggest optimization strategies for construction methods.
• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings as part of the design process.
• Assist the Cost Management Engineer with cost estimates and material calculations.
• Calculate material and labor quantities for the project.
• Support the preparation of tender documents for mechanical work.
• Review construction work plans and provide feedback.
• Assist in site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and report to the senior engineer.
• Participate in construction completion inspections.
• Contribute to the preparation of the mechanical works completion report.
