Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping, etc.)
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare and review technical drawings, material lists, and project documentation
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards
Handle subcontractors, vendors, and ensure timely completion of mechanical works
Conduct inspections and resolve on-site technical issues
Assist in cost estimation and material procurement for mechanical works
