Mechanical Design Engineer

You are a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. As a part of the Technoculture Research team in Bodhgaya, Bihar, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems for bio-instrumentation applications that align with innovative healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing mechanical components and systems, creating detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing simulations and analyses to validate designs, preparing technical documentation, reviewing and enhancing existing designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical guidance for manufacturing and assembly processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design, proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, experience in creating technical drawings and specifications, and knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. Preferred qualifications include experience with simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS or Abaqus, knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), project management experience, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
