Job Tile: - Mechanical and Plumbing Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad 5-Days working ( Work from Office) Shift time: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST Must Face to Face Interview (Locals) Needed Core Competencies: - HVAC Design calculation and HVAC layout design and drafting. Plumbing Design calculation and Hot-Cold water and sanitary layout design and drafting. Well experience in AutoCAD . Knowledge on Mechanical/Plumbing design criteria and code compliance for USA Standard. Additional Skills: - AdditionalKnowledge of below software would be plus: Working Knowledge of Auto-CAD. Working Knowledge of right suite universal. Good in communication and able to understand the instructions verbally and documentary. Responsibilities: - Heat load Calculations, preparing schematic design to Shop drawings. Ventilation calculations, Mechanical System sizing. Plumbing SFU/DFU calculation and Gas calculation and pipe sizing. Mechanical and Plumbing Coordination with other trades in Auto-cad. Auto CAD ot Auto CAD MEP proficiency of project set ups, Designing Mechanical systems, and detailing. Construction drawings: detail all conditions; complete annotation including dimensions, notes, keynotes. Technical specifications: write concise basis of design specifications for drawings. Permitting: Respond to plan review comments related to Mechanical trade. Day to day meeting and communications within the team Preparing Mechanical/Plumbing design calculations on Multifamily and Single-Family Buildings.
