Job Description

Subject matter experts in Marketing and Communications play a crucial role in providing specialized advice to business stakeholders, leveraging their expertise in the field. They are individuals with in-depth knowledge and unique insights in areas such as digital marketing, internal communications, telecom, and more. As a Marketing and Communications subject matter expert, you are expected to have a solid understanding of your domain of expertise. You will be responsible for developing your own Marketing and Communications competencies, allowing you to operate effectively as a professional in this field. Building strong relationships with your team members and key stakeholders at your level is essential for success in this role. While you should be able to take initiative and work independently, you should also know when to escalate issues and seek guidance from superiors when necessary.
