This role is for one of our client companies which is a consultancy company specializing in establishing Digital Engineering practices and building the digital tapestry in organizations through formal Systems Engineering methodologies. With integrated digital engineering solutioning we assist organizations to solve engineering problems, embrace emerging technologies and achieve operational excellence. Currently the company engages with various industry domains such as aerospace, industrial equipment manufacturing, automotive. We are seeking enthusiastic engineers to join the team working on systems engineering and MBSE adoption. As an MBSE Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, analyzing, and managing system models relevant to product lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive system models using Systems Engineering Tools using SysML, such as Cameo Systems Modeler / IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect, etc Modeling and analysis using engineering tools such as MATLAB / Simulink. Implement and maintain configuration management processes for system models and associated documentation to track changes and facilitate version control. Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to convey technical concepts, progress, and recommendations related to MBSE activities. Facilitate model reviews and discussions to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Technical Skills (Must have): Bachelors degree (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) with 2 years of experience OR Masters degree (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) with 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Programming / Scripting awareness. Technical Skills (Good to have): Product Development knowledge. Internship experience. Background with MBSE / PLM / Requirements tools added advantage. Soft Skills (Must have): Good verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving attitude. Willingness to learn new things. Location: Chennai
