Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and foster strong client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting team targets, collaborating with account managers, and driving sales growth. The role also entails mentoring and guiding the sales team to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management Strong proficiency in Team Management and leadership skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships through Account Management Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and inform decision-making Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in the pump manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
