Job Description

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing clinical care at the site, overseeing operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and supporting research or public health programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients at the site.

Conduct medical examinations, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-up care.

Site Operations & Compliance:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to protocols.

Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.
Monitor patient safety and quality assurance processes.

Data & Reporting:

Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with sponsors, CROs, health authorities, and ethics committees.

Qualifications

MBBS / MD or equivalent medical degree (valid license required).
Minimum 5 years+ experience;in site management or research preferred.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, and public health protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Commpetencies

Ethical decision-making and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
