MBBS Doctor ICU Department

Location: North Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs, inputs/outputs, and overall patient status in the ICU.
• Perform clinical assessments and promptly report any deterioration to the consultant.
• Assist in the management of ventilated patients and handle airway management under supervision.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and infusions as per treatment protocols.
• Provide emergency care during cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, shock, or other critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and ensure proper handovers between shifts.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy for smooth patient management.
• Assist consultants during ICU procedures (central line insertion, arterial line, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
• Participate in ICU rounds, case discussions, and training sessions for professional development.
