You will be joining QHT Clinic, a leading hair transplant and restoration center in India specializing in advanced FUE techniques. With over 10,000 successful surgeries, the clinic follows a team-based approach to ensure high-quality outcomes. **Job Responsibilities:** - Assist in Hair Transplant Surgeries: You will perform extraction and implantation using the FUE technique under the guidance of senior doctors. - Pre-Surgery Patient Evaluations: Conduct medical assessments, scalp analysis, and treatment planning for hair transplant candidates. - Post-Surgery Care & Follow-Ups: Monitor healing progress, provide post-op guidance, and manage patient queries. - Perform Non-Surgical Hair Treatments: Conduct PRP therapy, mesotherapy, and other trichology-based scalp treatments. - Medical Documentation & Compliance: Maintain patient records, reports, and ensure adherence to clinic protocols. - Stay Updated with Hair Restoration Techniques: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in trichology and aesthetics. **Qualifications & Skills:** - MBBS degree from an MCI-recognized institution. - Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice (Experience in dermatology, trichology, or cosmetic procedures is a plus). - Experience in hair transplants, PRP therapy, or scalp treatments is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong patient communication & counseling skills (Fluency in Hindi & English required). - Willingness to learn and adapt to hair transplant procedures in a fast-paced clinic environment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setup with high patient volume.
