The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and developing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable loan products. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with financial institutions, ensuring timely loan approvals, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout the loan application process. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our team at Maverick Heights Pvt Ltd. This on-site role, located in Faridabad, involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting tailored home loan solutions, and guiding them through the application process. The Sales Executive will need to maintain positive client relationships, collaborate with financial partners to secure loans at competitive rates, and meet sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in helping clients turn their dreams of homeownership into a reality. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Sales acumen with experience in client engagement, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of financial products, particularly home loans, loans against property, and related documentation processes. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software for tracking leads and maintaining records. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional regional language skills as a plus. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
