You will be responsible for teaching Mathematics across primary & middle school by planning real-world, activity-based lessons to strengthen conceptual understanding. Your role will involve making math interactive & relatable, identifying learning gaps, and offering support. Furthermore, you will be designing assessments that reflect real learning. As a Mathematics Educator, you should have a strong foundation in core mathematical concepts and the ability to explain concepts through real-world examples. Problem-solving & analytical thinking skills are essential, along with engaging, activity-based instructional skills. Proficiency in assessment design & feedback delivery, as well as digital tools for math teaching, is required. Additionally, classroom management & student motivation are key aspects of this role.
