Material Controller

You will play a key role in Inventory Management, Stock Audit Analysis, and provide Monthly MIS reports related to Inventory. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Inventory impairment workings and coordinating with internal teams for approvals. - Identifying and making corrective actions for unusual entries in inventory reports. - Analyzing the price movement and its effects product wise. - Compiling budget working for Material cost and monitoring Cost Savings Materialization. - Supporting in Part wise Gross Margin Analysis and Monthly & YTD PNL Analysis related to Material Cost and Scrap Movement. - Performing a monthly check on Price List Vs Purchase rate and Component Standard rate Vs Actual Rate and updating on standard rate. - Managing activities related to RM rate increase and decrease, raising debit notes, and following up for Material cost variations. - Reporting on Unusual transactions in the Inventory reports and Analyzing 4T Scrap Month wise and BU wise movement. - Participating in Internal and External Audit Compliance and Providing Reports like COGS reconciliation, purchase reconciliation, Inventory Movement, and Scrap Reconciliation Reports. - Supporting on Material Cost Validation for New Product Costing.
