Role & responsibilities Sales Target Achievement (35%) Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue / units). Drive conversions through effective product pitching and customer engagement. Contribute consistently to overall team sales performance. 2. Lead Management & Follow-ups (20%) Handle inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels. Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to improve conversion rates. Maintain accurate lead status and updates in CRM systems. 3. Customer Relationship Management (15%) Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive buying experience. 4. Product Knowledge & Presentation (10%) Develop strong understanding of products, pricing, offers, and competitors. Deliver clear, confident, and value-driven product presentations. Stay updated on new launches, features, and promotions. 5. Sales Process & Compliance (10%) Follow defined sales processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines. Ensure accurate documentation, order processing, and payment follow-ups. Adhere to company policies and ethical selling practices. 6. Reporting & MIS Updates (5%) Submit daily and weekly sales reports accurately and on time. Track pipeline status, sales performance, and conversion metrics. Maintain clean and updated CRM records. 7. Learning, Upskilling & Team Collaboration (5%) Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and product demos. Implement feedback to improve performance and sales quality. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development Experience in E-learning, Health, Wellness, EdTech, or B2C sales is a plus Strong persuasion and closing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
